They send lots of instructions, and give a toll-free number to call with any questions, but its so easy to use, and fast. Don't order too many drug tests at any one time, they expire. Usually in 4-6 months, I think. That's just the nature of these tests, I am sure the company sends the freshest. Note that you have to provide your own pee cup.
